[연구실소개]
본 연구실은 HPLC-HRMS기반의 untargeted metabolomics와 2D NMR의 분석을 활용하여 동물, 식물, 미생물 등의 다양한 model organism으로부터 생리활성물질의 탐색을 연구하고 있습니다. 대표적으로 gut-brain axis의 장내미생물 metabolome 연구와 진균의 2차 대사물질에 관한 연구를 진행중이며 생리활성물질의 화학생물학적 작용기전의 규명을 목표로 두고 있습니다.
