- Leading a significant Finance unit in a geographical area and works with the top leadership teams to shape the organization’s future through the implementation of global strategies
- The individual is responsible for translating strategy into goals and action, demonstrating a deep understanding of the relationship between the business and finance strategy
- Strategic Planning & Alliance management, Key account management (Whole seller management & credit mgt.)
- Head up IT/IS, Supply chain management, Procurement total 27 staff.
- Country leadership member, decision making on company business direction & provide insight to CFO and to the management.
- Defines the strategic direction for Finance area and across other related functions
- Creates operating plans and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of business objectives within timescales and quality standards
- Recruits, directs, leads, coaches, develops and motivates director-level reports to ensure that accountabilities are clear, objectives are delivered and competitive advantage created through clear linkages between investment in people and business performance
[Qualifications]
- 8~15 years background in finance management preferably in pharmaceutical Industry
- Experience in people management
- Knowledge of local tax, accounting and legal affairs
- Fluent English communication
